1. Proposed Title of This Feature Request:
Enable Must-Gather to Attach Directly to a Support Case Using Case ID
2. What is the Nature and Description of the Request?
This feature request proposes the enhancement of the must-gather tool functionality to allow users to specify a support case ID at the time of data collection. Upon execution, the tool would automatically upload and attach the gathered diagnostic data to the specified support case.

$ oc adm must-gather --case-id=XXXXX
