      Enable Must-Gather to Attach Directly to a Support Case Using Case ID


      2. What is the Nature and Description of the Request?
      This feature request proposes the enhancement of the must-gather tool functionality to allow users to specify a support case ID at the time of data collection. Upon execution, the tool would automatically upload and attach the gathered diagnostic data to the specified support case. 

      For example:

      $ oc adm must-gather --case-id=XXXXX


      3. Why Does the Customer Need This? (List the Business Requirements Here):

      • Operational Efficiency: Reduces manual effort and time taken to collect, upload data to support cases.
      • Improved Accuracy: Minimizes the risk of human error during the manual upload and association process.
      • Better Integration with Support Processes: Aligns diagnostic tooling with support workflows, offering a more seamless user experience.
