While pulling from a registry mirror (i.e. quay, docker, etc.) is supported, pulling from the internal registry continues to be a limitation, as noted in WINC-1286.

This request is therefore raised to prioritize and track implementation for pulling images from RHOCP internal registry on Windows nodes
