What is the nature and description of the request?
-> Trying to collect metrics on OpenShift Pipelines. Looking for a dashboard that can contain metrics regarding pipeline run failures/successes and pipeline run time. 

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
-> There DevOps team and need this visibility to be aware of any failures or issues in pipeline before an app team has to open a ticket to us
