1. Proposed title of this feature request

Support 5-node control plane in vsphere IPI.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

As per the current documentation, we limit the support of 5-node control planes to baremetal clusters only.

So this RFE is to request full support for this feature on other environments, at least for vsphere IPI.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer has 2 datacenters and its current setup with one control plane node in one datacenter and 2 control plane nodes in the other datacenter. So the customer is subject to the same issues than our baremetal customers used to be: Should the datacenter with the 2 control plane nodes fail, cluster would be KO.
