Support additional annotations in CMO Alerts

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Currently, there is no way for adding annotations to the default alerts managed by CMO. This issue proposes enabling the customization of alert annotations.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Some external systems may require additional labels or annotations for authentication, beyond standard credentials. To accommodate such requirements, we need to be able to customize alerts more flexibly.
