      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Support the configuration of the environment variable KEDA_HTTP_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT through the KedaController custom resource

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently, it is not possible to configure the client HTTP timeout using the KEDA (custom metrics autoscaler) operator's custom resource. This request aims to implement a method for modifying this default value by introducing a configuration setting as an environment variable within the KedaController resource.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Enhanced management of resource utilization, particularly within the public cloud environment.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      Custom metrics autoscaler operator
