Integrating RHACS with Github container registry programmatically using a yaml file, just as it is done with configuring an openshift-auth-provider as code.

Customer can set this up in UI, but it causes a lack of consistency in the way they set things up as there RHACS is set up as code.

Customer gave these resaons it will help them:

• better traceability of the changes because everything is in Git
• all changes require a pull request to be validated
• easy to reinstall a system all at once, no extra manual step to perform
• consistency overall : everything "as code"
