1. Proposed title of this feature request

Need improvisation on "STS roles update" warnings while upgrading cluster to 4.15.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When trying to upgrade cluster from 4.14.49 to 4.15.48, they received warning :

Warning alert:STS roles must be updated with 4.15 permissions before the cluster can be updated to OpenShift 4.15. Failure to update the roles before cluster update will cause cluster control plane degradation.

The only KCS which addresses similar issue is KCS. This KCS refers to outdated versions 4.10 and does not address 4.15 

There are no, instructions or KCS or documentations on how to mitigate or address this issue. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Lack of clarity on the warning, to which steps or workaround to be followed. No reference to any KCS or documentation.
