Create service wizard

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Similar to creating a route and being able to automatically select the service for it along with some options, it would be nice to have a service creation wizard that makes this easier.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
It makes it easier to work with OpenShift as a non-expert
