      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Support to disable OpenShift console access for a specific group

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer is requesting the ability to disable OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) console access at a group level. Currently, the available configuration options allow administrators to disable console access only globally for all users, without the ability to selectively restrict access for specific user groups.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The customer requires more granular control over OCP console access to meet security, compliance, and operational policies.

      Use Case:

The customer requires the ability to grant a specific group of users access exclusively to the Red Hat DevSpaces console while restricting their access to the OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) web console.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      OCP console
