IHAC that should like to be able to add a schedule as to when/when won't the autoscaler scale down unrequired nodes
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The customer would like to have the autoscaler scale down during the week and not scale down on weekends. The idea is that developers running tests on weekends could be impacted and have to start over if the nodes they are testing on scale down. During such tests the pods being tested can't be moved to other nodes otherwise it would invalidate the tests
