      -> RouteExternalCertificate in the cluster

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
      -> A lot of ingress-controllers already have this function, but in OpenShift still not released.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
      -> Do not save TLS/SSL certificates in objects "routes". This is not safe.
      Save TLS/SSL certificates for object "routes" in "secrets". This will be a more safety when we use OpenShift + Hashicorp Vault Secret Operator with GitOps practice.

      -> N/A
