1. Proposed title of this feature request

Customize the public console URL for openshift web console. Also allow the Cu to create NodePort service for the openshift web console.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Need some customization for the console route of the web console according to different requirements of the user.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

There is a requirement of the Cu to allow for path context routing for console access in their Application load balancer because all of their applications have to append to their  main url: example.com/application. This allows for their private VPC within AWS to be routable on the internet. This is one of the scenario.
