1. Proposed title of this feature request

Obtain and store information about GPU and other PCIe attached devices through inspection on metal platform

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer is managing a fleet of BM assets with attached GPUs. Currently the metal3 inspector does not gather any detailed information about attached GPU nor other pcie devices. Customer is looking to inventory and target a deployment on baremetal assets based on attached hardware such as GPU.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

In the large baremetal cloud environments managing different type of assets with different hardware specs is crucial. The BM nodes with different capabilities are needed to be assigned to different projects/tenants
