Support for Setting a Preferred Default Identity Provider (IDP) in OpenShift Console Login

The request is for an enhancement to the RHOCP console authentication experience.

RHOCP currently prompts users to manually select an Identity Provider (IDP) when multiple IDPs are configured for console login. A feature is requested to allow administrators to define a default or preferred IDP, so that users are automatically redirected to the specified provider during the login process.

This enhancement would streamline user experience, reduce unnecessary clicks, and help standardize authentication flows especially in environments where a single IDP is predominantly used. Manual selection should only occur when the preferred IDP is unavailable.
