Granular IRQ SMP Affinity Control for Guaranteed Pods

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

As we have further CPU density some CNF pods do not scale well with kernel requirements. Our footprint grows more than it should if we were to have granular control as to which CPUs can handle IRQs from Guaranteed pods.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This would allow partners to have more control as to how their applications manage IRQs.
