While the existing PipelineRun overview is useful, it doesn't tell much when trying to troubleshoot performance issues.

A Gannt chart view would be a great addition- something like this:

I'm 90% sure the information is already stored at the taskrun level, it's just a matter of displaying it in user-friendly manner at the PipelineRun overview.
