Do not enforce project scope for google registries

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Ques:  Why automation is needed and how it benefits security & DevSecOps.
Ans:  For each Google project, we currently have to create the integration manually in the ACS console

Ques: Current Limitation – Challenges in manual integration & gaps in ACS automation.
Ans: For intergrating each project in GCP is difficult for us to integrate using manual steps since we have large number of projects, so we are expecting automation.

We currently have to create the integration manually in the ACS console and need a way to automate this process
