Customization of Containerd Parameter

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

getting granular control to manage .toml files along with --parameters below, incase there is a need to capture Debug log for testing, it’s not possible today, since this is all controlled via WICD / WMCO I believe, if you modify things it does not stick.

C:\k\containerd\containerd.exe -config C:\k\containerd\containerd_conf.toml log-file C:\var\log\containerd\containerd.log run-service -log-level info

All the application installation with state files, log file should be in Data drive. Nothing to be running from C:\ drive.
