Ability to compare oc-mirror v2 runs to determine what might need to be pruned

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

oc-mirror v2 should output info to help users determine what may need to be manually pruned.  Perhaps a file or files that define what content was successfully downloaded and what content failed. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The reason is to help users know what to explicitly delete since there is no more pruning in v2.  This request came from a discussion that Luigi had with a TAM customer on April 4, 2025 where it was determined that there is no pruning in v2 nor is there a good way to determine what could or should be pruned.
