Support for kubevirt and graph-data images synchronization using oc adm release mirror using additional parameters.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Adding parameters to the existing oc adm release mirror command to be able to look for kubevirt and graph-data images for a disconnected customer registry. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Today it is not possible for a customer that is synchronizing its local registry using original oc adm release mirror command to gather kubevirt and graph-data images.

Adding those parameters would help customers with existing synchronization processes to add quickly these new images into their local registry.
