Description:

• Facing challenges in monitoring failed scans within RHACS.
• Currently, the only way to identify failed scans is through logs.
• Need an API to track failed scans in RHACS.
• This failed monitoring have to be implemented in all the process like failed to rescan an image for example or repository issue.

The API should provide:

• Details of images that failed to scan.
• Reasons for the failures.
• Frequency of each failure.

Business Requirements:

• monitoring RHACS behaviour on update
• Put in place some alerts about it if the scan rate is very high
• Reduce the number of failed scans
