      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Allow memory requests to be configurable for ovnkube-controller

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Using telemetry data and running an intense workload on a 51 node ROSA cluster, we observed that the peak memory usage in some containers of the ovnkube-node pod is less than the requests, so it perhaps makes sense to adjust the requests to create additional capacity for the workload pods on workers.
There may not be a one-fit-all setting as mentioned in bug https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-17537 so making it configurable would be the best option.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      • In managed cloud environments this cause a large amount of money being unable to adjust this to a lower value.
      • Default memory requests are 8 time larger for OVN-Kubernetes than for OpenShiftSDN.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
