      1. Proposed title of this feature request
"Remote Health Monitoring For Disconnected Deployments"

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
For ROSA Hypershift Control Plane (HCP) deployments with strict egress lockdown, Insights Operator and Telemeter Client are currently disabled by removing the cloud.openshift.com authentication from the global pull secret. This request is to enable Insights Operator and Telemeter Client functionality in disconnected environments, specifically targeting ROSA HCP deployments where egress is fully restricted.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customers operating ROSA HCP clusters within disconnected or highly secure environments require continuous monitoring, proactive Insights recommendations, and operational metrics for cluster management.

Enable Insights Operator and Telemeter Client data collection without compromising security mandates requiring egress lockdown.

Maintain compliance with customer security requirements, allowing customers to benefit from Insights-driven operational improvements and proactive issue detection in isolated VPC environments.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      • Hypershift Operator
      • Insights Operator
      • Telemeter Client
