Feature request regarding the Image used for the Repo Server of GitOps containing HelmVersion: 3.15.4 to specific v3.17.1

Cx use case/concern/request:

currently in the image used for the Repo Server of Openshift GitOps [1] we are running `helm` in version v3.15.4
