Bulk loading of static network configurations

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer is looking to speed up, simplify and reduce errors during creation and recreation of clusters via the assisted installer.

When you have to apply a static networking configuration for 15-20+ hosts, it is very tedious and time consuming to add mac address and interface names one at a time, especially, when the YAML is the same for each host.

It would be helpful to have an option to upload a CSV style file with the nics and mac pre-populated for reuse and reliability.
