oc-mirror generate config template file

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

in oc-mirror v1, you could generate a template for the imagesetconfig file which is required for using oc-mirror. Wouid like to replicate this feature for v2.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Unless you're using oc-mirror on the daily, going outside the terminal to search for the v2 schema for imagesetconfig can be tedious. It's much easier for customers to start with something that's templated out for them.
