Customer need the ability to use the kube_cronjob_labels and kube_job_labels metrics from kube-state-metrics to build team dashboards in Grafana. These metrics would allow them to group and monitor workloads more effectively using their existing labeling schema, which includes a team label in both CronJobs and Jobs.

Currently, similar metrics, such as kube_pod_labels and kube_node_labels, are exposed.
