Today GCP region europe-north2 (Stockholm, Sweden) for OSD went GA:

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
We are looking to make OSD a valid option for customers looking to consume Openshift on GCP, we need OSD to be supported everywhere including this new region which represent a low CO2 region (this region will operate at or above 99% carbon-free energy, Ref: https://sustainability.google/reports/24x7-carbon-free-energy-methodologies-metrics/), this region will be important for European customers looking for cheap and climate friendly cloud infrastructure.
