with details FrontendIpConfiguration
xx frontend IP cannot have more than 10000 total backend IP
configurations. Remove excess rules or backend instances to avoid
hitting this limit. Each load balancing, inbound NAT, or outbound rule
configured to a backend instance counts as one IP configuration for the
given frontend IP. See aka.ms/lberrors for more details on this error.
