      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Avoid master nodes recreation when restoring the cluster to a previous state

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Restoring the cluster to a previous state documentation [0] described that two master nodes need to be recreated.

On a healthy cluster, after performing the restore skipping the recreation step, the cluster is successfully restored.

Is this step only needed when he cluster has lost the majority of control plane hosts (quorum loss)?

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

In some environments, the nodes recreation is not a quick task, and if this step is not needed when the cluster is healthy this should be mentioned in the supported documentation.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
