      User Story:

As a (user persona), I want to be able to:

      • use the agent installer to booy virtual machines in cloud providers: AWS, google, Azure

This can be useful to support stretched clusters deployment in which the third master runs in the cloud and the first two masters run on bare metal in two different data centers.

so that I can have the agent installer CLI output also:

      • AMI for AWS
      • qcow2 for google cloud (I think)
      • VHD for Azure

      Acceptance Criteria:

      Description of criteria:

      • new CLI options are available to enable the addition image format output.
      • created images can be booted with the above cloud providers.
