The controllerAvailabilityPolicy and infrastructureAvailabilityPolicy can't be changed currently as a Day-2 operation once the HCP cluster is created.

One of my customer requested for this RFE considering that, the cluster was deployed earlier with SingleReplica due to some bug/misconfiguration that we are troubleshooting over support case, and the cluster was handed over to end customer of theirs. In order to make it highly available, the cluster was created from scratch which caused disruption.
