Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The configuration is huge and most complicated part of the Road Core service. Sometimes it's hard to figure out how the configuration file attribute is mapped into real attribute used by the service.

      Describe the solution you'd like
It would be valuable to have command line option that will emit the actual configuration in a format that is parseable, for example by jq tool.

      Describe alternatives you've considered
REST API endpoint that returns configuration. But it might expose sensitive data.
