Routes created under ingress sharded labled namespace should have the route name from custom ingress and not the default ingress.

Routes created under ingress sharded labeld namespace should have the route name from custom ingress and not the default ingress. At the moment we need to explicitely mention --hostname while creating route - we expecting it to take by default the requesred custom ingress name.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

when you use Instantiate Template option to create an application - it creates route with default ingress and its not RIGHT.
