1. Proposed title of this feature request - We would like to get this RH Community Project supported for JPMC as this is a main feature that they have requested Link to project: https://github.com/redhat-cop/namespace-configuration-operator
2. What is the nature and description of the request? We are working with JPMC currently on a move to OpenShift Virt, and the RFEs are both high priority and essential to JPMC's move. We would like to have the community project supported per their request 
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) As the customer moves away from VMWare, this is an imperative feature
