Possibility to configure the OAuth certs for a Hosted Cluster in HCP

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
There doesn't seem to be a way to configure oauth certs for Hosted Cluster in a Hosted Control Plane Environment.

3. Why does the customer need this?
A customer might need to have valid certs when their users are asked to put in their username/password, but in general customer need to manage OAuth certs for their hosted cluster in a scalable way.
