Manage route caCertificate field through cert-manager

Customer partner company is using their own CA chain with the applications hosted on Openshift. Currently caCertificate field is handled by custom operator prepared by the customer (no support)

route API as I assume it would need to allow defining caCertificate as local object reference, cert-manager
