1. Proposed title of this feature request
   Cert-manager: set the resources for the cert-manager solver pods
2.  What is the nature and description of the request?
   Currently there is no supported way to set up resource request for solver pods.
   cert-manager supports setting the parameter "--acme-http01-solver-resource-request-cpu" but the operator only support a subset of commands.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Need the above option as the operator use a 10m cpu request for the solver Pods but it's low for the used LimitRange.
