      "Enabling Access Logging on System-Managed HAProxy Instances in OpenShift"

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      HAProxy instances that are deployed by OpenShift itself in specific namespaces such as openshift-xxx for bare metal and openshift-vsphere-xxx for vSphere. These HAProxy instances are part of the OpenShift installation process and do not have access logs enabled by default.
      CU want to enable access logging on these system-managed HAProxy instances.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      Customer want to track IP addresses used to request kube-apiserver.
