Customer is looking to integrate mattermost into there RHACS just like Slack can be integrated.

Customer tried Slack Integration for mattermost and it did not work  it came back with error especially since Mattermost webhook mechanism is "Slack-compatible.

Customer also tried this thru generic webhook integration as this worked but did not give customer many option to work for there business needs such as:
1. The text message can't be generated dynamically, I could send a static string like "Hello, world!" or whatever by adding a custom "text" field to the json payload, but that would be useless.
2. It requires us to set up a notifier for each team instead of an annotation that can be set by each team.

A integration with Mattermost platform just like it is with slack would be beneficial for this customer such as:

a. Adds a ChatOps alternative for organizations that don't permit U.S. based public cloud-hosted solutions like Teams and Slack.
b. Developers requested this feature to monitor for vulnerabilities in images. (shift-left)
c. We estimate that this will likely decrease the duration in which an application is vulnerable.
