1. Proposed title of this feature request
   • Changed block tracking (CBT) between CSI Snapshots
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
   • The kubernetes community is about to release a first version to use CBT between CSI snapshots. We want to expose this in OpenShift as well to ensure we can efficiently create backups. This is not vendor specific.
   • The plan is to have this feature available for testing and development only behind a feature gate
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
   • Currently, users backup the entire size of the volume regardless of the actual usage or changed blocks which is time consuming and not efficient
4. List any affected packages or components
   1. One new CRD
   2. One new sidecar image
   3. No other effect
