1. Proposed title of this feature request
->
Request for CSP-Agnostic Workload Identity Support for OpenShift Pods (Azure & AWS)
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
->
Customer wants a pod that can use either azure or aws or both workload identity features.
Currently given an OpenShift cluster installed on Azure, that enables workload identity, the cluster will install azure identity webhooks which forces the pod to access azure resources.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
->
Customer expects that the pod should be agnostic of the CSP where the cluster is installed.
The pod should be able to use azure and/or aws resources independently of its cluster CSP.
4. List any affected packages or components.
