      1. Proposed title of this feature request
      -> Basic network observer capacities for base OCP after installation
      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
      -> This is a basic requirement to know what is the overall ingress traffic towards the cluster, also the overall egress traffic from the cluster.  For ingress, we should include a dashboard for the HAproxy/router pods too
      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
      -> There can be multiple circumstances, where we need to plan how much bandwidth shall we request for the env-s. To plan this we need actual numbers, to estimate how big loadbalancers do we need for the ingress traffic of the cluster, or how big natGW do I need for the outgoing traffic.
      With the base install we cannot plan this properly, and we could order devices based on false estimations.
      We use OpenShift for multiple customer, where we have limited nw capabilities not just for big cloud providers, this is why we would need this feature.
      4. List any affected packages or components.
      -> Monitoring stack
