1. Proposed title of this feature request

Enable ConsoleLink for Cluster Argo CD when using Ingress

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When spec.server.ingress.enabled is set to 'true' in the 'openshift-gitops' ArgoCD resource a ConsoleLink resource should be created in the OpenShift application menu similar to the ConsoleLink created when setting spec.server.route.enabled to 'true'.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

In situations where Ingress resources are used in OpenShift environments instead of Route resources the result in the application menu should be the same for consistency reasons.
