Create downstream image for kbs-client (break down):

• create new dockerfile in https://github.com/openshift/trustee . There are 2 options here:
  • create full-fledged kbs-client in ubuntu capable of collecting evidence for all TEE platforms.
  • create kbs-client in rhel ubi container image with sample attester functionality only. This option doesn't require all the dependencies, e.g. TDX libraries
• update konflux/tekton pipeline, etc
• publish multi-arch image to RH registry
