Add additional info to the Upgrade maintenance delayed/failed Service Logs
What is the nature and description of the request?:
While some times the issue is automatically resolved and the upgrade continues without customer intervention, big delays can be avoided if customer have additional information about the issue. Also, it will help when the issue cannot be automatically resolved and the upgrade fails.
Info from MUO can be added to the Service Log.
Additional info in KCS 6997370 [1] (this can be linked to the SL message if it's not possible to add specific info from the MUO).

To prevent delays and failures in the cluster upgrades.
