Need way to disable ArgoCDSyncAlert, keeping metrics collection ON
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
A) User need to keep enable monitoring enbaled for gitops stack to enable metric gathering from OpenShift GitOps operator, Argo CD controllers, etc. B) User would NOT like the ArgoCDSyncAlert alert to be created C) User is currently using KCS link : https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6648401 to disable ArgoCDSyncAlert, but would like a more official/elegant solution (a new field under .spec)
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Editing solution is manul toggle there is no official way to disable this alert
