1. Proposed title of this feature request

This is an RFE to GA OCP UPI-openstack IPv6 single-stack on OSP IPv6 single-stack configuration.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

As per internal discussion, I understand OCP IPv6 single-stack on OSP IPv6 single-stack is going to GA at OCP 4.18 release, but there is no support for UPI yet.

My customer may use UPI configuration in the future and they want this configuration to be GA. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

My customer said that they're going to use OCP 4.18 IPv6 single stack UPI-openstack on OSP 17.1 IPv6 single stack after OCP 4.18 GA.

It's NFV use case and they will run CNFs. My customer is transiting from IPv4 to IPv6 company-widely and slightly. Their OSP cluster is already IPv6 single-stack. Although currently they are deploying OCP IPv4/v6 dual-stack on OSP IPv6 single-stack, their final goals is OCP UPI-openstack IPv6 single-stack on OSP IPv6 single-stack.
