Allow adding multiple networks and subnets within the install-config.yaml for GCP as GCP Virtual Machine (VM) has a limitation: the network interface can only be configured during the VM's creation.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer trying to deploy a Telco application that requires SS7 and Sigtran support. This application has always required multiple network interfaces. They want to specify multiple networks and subnets within the install-config.yaml file. This is necessary because a GCP Virtual Machine (VM) has a limitation: the network interface can only be configured during the VM's creation.
